SPEAKERS

SANNA MARIN

Prime Minister of Finland from December 2019 to June 2023, she was elected at the age of 34 and was the world’s youngest head of government at the time she took office.

She led the Nordic country through the most challenging period in recent European history: the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the crisis following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and Finland’s application for and accession to NATO—a historic decision that reversed decades of the country’s neutrality and reshaped the global geopolitical balance.

Her government was the first in history to be led entirely by women, a fact that brought her international recognition as a symbol of a new generation of political leadership.

Under her leadership, Finland has adopted one of the world’s most ambitious climate goals—carbon neutrality by 2035—and a comprehensive program to digitize public services.

Author of the autobiographical book Hope in Action, she now works alongside heads of government and international political leaders as a strategic advisor on reform programs, climate transition, gender equality, geopolitics, and the impact of emerging technologies.

SETH GODIN

One of the world’s most influential business thinkers. An entrepreneur and author of more than 20 international bestsellers translated into 35 languages—including The Purple Cow —he has redefined the way we think about marketing, leadership, and strategy.

Through his analyses, he foresaw how ideas spread, companies grow, and trust is built in the post-industrial economy.

He is a member of the Marketing Hall of Fame, the Direct Marketing Hall of Fame, and the Guerrilla Marketing Hall of Fame all at the same time.

He founded Yoyodyne—which was later acquired by Yahoo!—and Squidoo, and served as editor of the collaborative project *The Carbon Almanac* on climate change.

His blog, which has been active for more than twenty years and features 10,000 posts, is considered one of the most widely read in the global business world.

Leading through history-defining moments

RENÉE MAUBORGNE

A professor of strategy at INSEAD, where she co-directs the INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Institute with W. Chan Kim, she is one of the most influential figures in contemporary strategic thought.

Co-author of Blue Ocean Strategy —over four million copies sold in 50 languages—recognized as one of the most iconic strategy books of all time, along with Beyond Disruption, she introduced the concept of non-disruptive creation: growth that generates new markets without destroying existing industries, companies, or jobs.

In 2019, she was named the most influential management thinker by Thinkers50—the first woman in history to hold this title—and in 2023, the Harvard Business Review named her one of the four most influential thinkers of the century, alongside Michael Porter, W. Chan Kim, and Clayton Christensen.

Her materials are used by nearly 3,000 universities around the world. She served on the President’s Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges during both terms of the Obama presidency.

Under his leadership, P&G’s sales doubled, profits quadrupled, and its market value grew by more than $100 billion. The Group’s portfolio of billion-dollar brands—Tide, Pampers, Gillette, and others—grew from ten to twenty-four.

He transformed P&G’s culture around the mantra “Consumer is Boss” and expanded the boundaries of internal innovation through the Connect + Develop program: the world’s first example of open innovation applied to a multinational fast-moving consumer goods company.

He is the co-author, with Roger Martin, of the bestseller Playing to Win, which was named Best Book of the Year in 2013, and is among the most widely used strategy books in global executive programs.

Today, as a consultant to boards of directors and CEOs on strategy, innovation, and executive succession, he is considered one of the world’s leading experts on top leadership development.

FAQ

What does enrollment in the Leadership Forum entail?

To register for the event, simply fill out an online form (time required: 2 minutes) and pay the fee or a deposit via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

To get all the details—with no obligation—on how to participate and register, request information and we’ll get back to you!

Can the event be funded through the use of Interprofessional Funds?

Certainly. You can use Interprofessional Funds to finance your participation in our events, either through your training account or via call-for-proposals/announcements and training vouchers.

Why is it better to register for the event right away?

We have an early-booking policy, so if you register now, you’ll get the best possible rate.

Request information to be contacted by one of our account representatives and learn about the current special offers and how to sign up.

Do corporate and group shareholdings require the immediate disclosure of all participants' names?

No, once you have purchased the package, you can submit the information for all participants within 30 days of the event’s start date.

Is a translation service available?

Whether you attend in person or via livestream, you’ll have access to English/Italian simultaneous interpretation.

After the event, will I receive any additional materials?

In the days following the Leadership Forum, you will receive follow-up materials that include: an Executive Report featuring highlights from all the presentations, mind maps (curated by Matteo Salvo) to help you process and absorb the information, and in-depth materials that the speakers have authorized us to share exclusively with participants.

What happens if I register and then circumstances beyond my control prevent the event from taking place?

Your credit is always guaranteed: if the live event cannot take place, you can watch the event via live stream or keep your credit for a future event of the same value.

What happens if I sign up but can no longer participate?

If you are no longer able to attend, please notify us of your absence at least 15 days before the event date by emailing info@roigroup.it. You may then choose to:

  • have someone else take your place;
  • attend one of the events to be held over the next 12 months;
  • choose to watch the event via livestream and request that your access link to the platform be activated.
Why should I encourage my staff/colleagues to participate with me?

The participation of a corporate group helps foster a shared set of values and a common vision, and leads to greater group cohesion, which in turn boosts efficiency and productivity.

In addition, exchanging views with colleagues on the topics covered during the event makes it easier to retain and apply the strategies and techniques presented.

Finally, since group discounts are also available in addition to the early-bird discount, participating as a group means that everyone can save even more on the final registration fee.
